In all fairness this store had just closed as a Target. Right after this was filmed, it became a ghetto Value City! Target bought an Atlanta-area chain called Richway in the mid 80's. These stores were extensively remodeled to the Target format. Target did the same thing with a chain called Ayr-Way in the Midwest in the very early 80's. But in the early 90's, they began a "consolidation" thing, and this store was relocated.
