  • this is not the traditional unniyappam of malayalees.. looks more like paniyaram of the tamilians

  • oh this is too messy, this is not the right way to do it, batter shouldnot be so thick it should like dosa batter consistency

  • my ammama does not prepare it this way, she prepares nice smooth and soft consistency! this looks like a modern version - they are called neiappams and should be prepared in ghee entirely!
