I think guys did a nice job, what i don't like, it is a version of this song which is make it not recognizable and lid singer voice not strong enough. But at list they try. Good Luke to you Sonos!
@TheM3talH3ad1 hey, everyone is open to their own opinions and if you aren't happy they are posting their opinions on the videos they uploaded, why don't you take your time to post the videos yourself instead of telling mrduckbear11 to post it. damn.............
this song had a really clean sound to it... although i understand what the judges mean by the girls being vulnerable... i still really liked it ehehehe
Hey, thank you for posting these videos. I do not care about whatever rating you give it. It is your opinion and i respect that. Thanks for taking the time out to do this. :]
@improvmaster66 At least in this show. They're really average nothing stands out, not a lead nor the bass, nor the beatboxing, not even the performances. Heck, Dartmouth Aires are better performers and Vocal Point are better performers and singers... And that's only with the all male university groups. Their blend is weaker, I could keep going, they should have gone in the third episode.
it seems like the judges have had a target on this group since the beginning, they have had almost nothing but negative comments for Sonos while they have nothing but praise for other groups that have more problems singing easier arrangements.
Is it just me or was this classic drum 'n bass? I love that genre, and not everyone does, as evidenced by the comments. But for what they did, I think it was awesome.
My only problem with Sonos is this isn't a beatbox/effects competition and at some point they're going to have to sing a song that requires actuallsinging instead of setting up safe chords and holding out notes. Now they could easily change my mind but at this point they're showing a lot of inherent weaknesses not only in group structure but chord structures. Also i'm not comfortable with someone who sang with Sara being in this competition.
@TheodoreBubblez Two problems with that, both are honest opinions, but are also ignorant, so you can't hate on him. I agree with him, Mrduckbear11, no offense to your opinions, and thank you for posting the videos, but your ratings are either quite captain obivous, or make no sense.. but still we thank you for posting the videos
Like many, at first I was not particularly fond of this rendition. During a jam session, we randomly did a similarly paced version of this song, though more hard rockish. So the speed of the song didn't set me off, they are good singers, just no one belting anything out like Delilah or Pentatonix. They are extremley talented, and it must be difficult for the judges to see that talent on only one performance, while I hear it after many listens through on Youtube.
Ben McLain is quite possibly the best beatboxer of this season.
I agree with Sean's remarks that they sounded sort of thin--I wonder how much fuller they would sound if they didn't lose a sixth person shortly before the show began.
Again, if neither Sonos or Pentatonix make the finals (I think Pentatonix has a better chance), then I'd love to see a collaboration between the two.
Ben must want a time machine really badly.

I can't believe that all I noticed at the start was that they were performing at The Mint.

Hey, can you stop rating the videos please. I can tell you don't have any experience in acapella or even sing for that matter. Just post the videos.

@TheM3talH3ad1 Hey, can you just stop reading his ratings if you don't like it. All you have to do is not look at it.

@TheM3talH3ad1 So people can leave comments rating them and saying they suck but he cant give his honest opinion?

At first, I didn't much like this band.
The more that I listen to it, though.
Dear lord this is amazing. The sparseness of the chords is incredible sounding, gives them a really unique sound. Favorite band by far.

@DukeUuito Right!? At first you think it's bad,
But the more you listen to it,
It either grows on you,
Or we're just all blind in the beginning and can't see the amazingness of the chords. :)
