To copy and paste on paint.net:

Select around the eye then hit ctrl + z or go to the top left hand of the screen and click Copy

then hit Ctrl + V or go to teh top of the screen and click paste...

To make the shades of the skin:

Add a new layer for the shaded skin area, paint in the areas where teh shade will be with a darker skin tone click effects at the top left of teh screen then click blurs then click Gaussian Blur then put it to the scale you want

@sandralee0625 you just use magic wand it makes the coloring more nice and crisp so you dont have to take all day coloring inside the lines

@sandralee0625 its the Wand tool u can select different modes for it all u do is use Union after u click it then Click Areas u dont want the Color ur using to b (hair eyes etc) and then once ur done Erase the color off those areas it will stick to the ones u didnt click. if you need more comformation let me no ill tell u over Skype or sumthin or make a video. basically it deletes the color where u told it not to go allowing it to stay on the one area or areas u want it
