There are more questions than answers that's for sure. In my case, I recently took a disability retirement but I didn't elect medicare eventhough I qualified for it. I chose to keep my employer based insurance because I know medicare does not cover very much. The problem is that my ins premium is high with no end in sight. I would think the quality of care is gonna be worse then it already is with millions of more patients and not enough doctors as it is.
