That is ingenious! After all,the satisfaction which the gift induces may actually be negative.For example-someone goes to great lenghts to buy a present for me.Not knowing what to buy they choose another pair of slippers. I am trully upset, because (1) I do not need yet another pair and (2) I know that they simply wanted to make me happy. But it ended up with the satisfaction lower than it was at the beginning!
I really can't wait to read the book! (Even if it means someone buying it FOR me) :)
