I do agree however, that Queen+Paul Rogers(I know this is Brian M. band) is not even close to as great as they were with Freddie.

just listen to the innuendo there's a solo song called Bijou and at the bbc album theres somthing in son and daughter i think similar to brighton rock,probibly the fisrt time he tried those licks

Yep. In the early days, Son and Daughter would roll into a long guitar solo on stage. But in the album, it just faded out. He kept working and improving the solo, and then he finally wrote Brighton Rock, which gave his solo a "home". ;) Nowadays he still plays the same solos, full of changes and improvisation, obviously. :)

Actually, it was used way before when Brian was still in Smile, they even recorded it in the album. The song was called "blag", and it was instrumental, with only some vocal harmonies...

Brian prefers to put his solos into song instead of play "solo songs". There's a great solo in every Queen song :)

well from seeing what has loaded this video shows the more technical version. I saw queen and paul rodgers live in chicago in march, and it was awesome. The big screen with clouds and a sunset, the whole stadium black. oo it was great. very nice song.

The second guitarist is Jamie Moses. However on the album it is probably someone else - this is the version from The Brian May Band live at Brixton Academy (awesome gig!!). OMG and did anyone see Q+PR live?! This song was so amazing, there was this massive disco ball that reflected millions of sparkles of light, that flew over the crowd during this song. Best moment of my life.
