To be honest the Terminal didn't become vandalized until 1988. In 1979 a man named Tony Fedele bought the building and he lived in the building on the second floor and he had many events in the concourse. In 1986, he was kicked out of the building because of taxes. That same year, a man named Thomas Telesco bought the building. In 1988, he started to remove anything that was valuable Then the vandels came in and stole anything Telesco missed and started to break anything that was breakable.
