/cast !Rune Strike
replace plague strike with Icy Touch, Hearth Strike, Death Strike, and whatnot for each different macro. This queues up rune strike when you hit any of these macro buttons.

@umom1 The only macros I use is all my abilities are tied to runestrike to que it up and the rune mod is magic runes (available on cursed gaming)
