Dallas Taylor was the old screamer, Aaron was still the drummer/vocalist...but he was more depended on drums than vocals

Dallas left and joined Maylene & The Sons of Disaster and Spencer Chamberlain came in and they pretty much turned mega sell-out. Everybody and their mom listened to them and they went on Mtv and they were just about on the fucking radio = Mainstream.

i think dallas was the better vocalist for underoath. he had much more emotion and a much larger vocal range then spencer. some of the kids who just started listening to underoath when they came out with their "they're only chasing safety" and "define the great line" are probably going to disagree, but.. cries of the past was one of their most emotional and amazing cd's, probably their best.
