well they are both amazing games but hard to compare , Mass effect is probably the best xbox 360 game of the year and the same goes for Uncharted for the ps3. Uncharted is an action/adventure game like in a "indiana jones style" and Mass effect is a sci fi roleplaying game with action elements so if you can you should get the both of them it doesn't matter wich one you pick they're both fantastic games.
