The hangar facility isn't exactly Pt Mugu or NAS Oceana is it!! I find it shocking that the journalist was constantly looking up at stuff and poking panels off and getting dripped on. One of the first rules of walking around aircraft is don't look up and don't open panels unless you know what is behind it and you know what you are doing.
