The reason I particularly like Ra is because of all the little subtleties they put in their music. Every single time I listen to a song I always notice something new each time I hear it. One time it'll be a harmony I didn't realize was there, or a layering of particular chords, an effect - it isn't like modern music where you can hear -everything- at once, you actually have to listen to what's going on in Ra's music.

@Mabbzz- Ra definitely doesn't do the lipsing thing. Sahaj adds enough little touches and note changes ( without over doing it ) that you know it's a truly live show. I was referring more to the overall richness of their sound. There isn't much they do in the studio that winds up missing in concert. Trust me....this band is truly as good as they sound. unfortunately, it doesn't look like there is going to be a new album anytime soon. But Sahaj is working on a solo project.

As I said...I have seen them in concert 5 times...I have actually met all of them. One bonus to seeing shows at the club I go to is that the bands almost always come out for pics and autographs after their set. There has only been one occasion where Ra didn't and that was due to Sahaj being ill that night. He and the rest of the band are really great guys.
