If you buy from Shout factory the DVD that has just been released of the first season of the DIC G.I.Joe series that aired from 1989-1992 you will see where the Baroness used what was called Dragonfire to reverse the mutation and after he got a new uniform he overthrew Serpentor.

Yeah, its not as funny here. This joke was funny in the actual cartoon because you're not expecting Cobra to be the guy who heads the FCC. It loses most of its comedic value if you already know its him when you watch it. Remember, context is everything with these jokes. Just saying.
