That's why there is so much junk animation and digital animation nowadays. Producers try to spend as little time and energy on a project as possible or they'll end up losing money.

Did you see how very detailed those watercolor backgrounds are? That took alot of talent, time, and patience.
@Tenzy94 Thowra's mum Belbel is dead of old age and Thowra's dad died before her in a fight with the Brolga when the High country wasn't big enough for the two herds.
Bel Bel was very old when she had Thowra, (Thowra was the only cream foal she had) and Thowras father Yarraman was killed by the Brolga, Bel Bel probably died of old age in the Brolgas herd, as it was in the book,,,

@Aheegirl horses are skittish naturally. It's just part of their nature.
Even show jumping horses will sometimes freak out about a jump they've already done countless times before.
