  • im no expert, but it looks like some kind of explosive shoulder workout. He have to be fast, not strong and slow, that it why he do it this way I think.

  • @christurkthebrave 1st exercise is Dumbell Snatch, it works on explosiveness. Power is generated from the legs.

  • @phlegm9999 snatch/dumbell snatch is best explosive power movement there is . It works legs,shoulders,back and core. and yes it is safe if you have proper form and its also nice to do because you see results really fast.
