im kind of a newbie in the wiccan practice, and ive long needed a book to get me started so to speak. so after watching ur reviews, i went over and bought the wicca for beginners book. but wasnt satisfied yet enough because i want to get right into learning about rituals and actually using the magickal art of healing through the wiccan rituals, so i went ahead and bought solitary wicca for life also. thanks for the insights on these. and blessed be, my friend!
Enjoyed your reviews. I have not seen the third of them but I'd definitely agree in recommending the first two. I'm a fan of Scott Cunningham and Starhawk so I'd recommend anything by them.
I really liked your video :D I've been a witch for about three years now and haven't read any of the books you showed, although I'm definitely going to look for them. I wouldn't call myself a newb at the craft, but it's always good to read a good range of books, just sometimes it seems they're repetitive. The very first book I read on wicca/magick was scott cunningham's Wicca: for the solitary practitioner. I found it amusing and very easy to read and follow. :)
@collaboratedCAFFIENE aye but i suppose the repetition helps with learning the little details that can too often be forgotten over time. I've heard great reviews about the Scott Cunningham book and its oddly one of the few major titles I havent searched for yet so thankyou for reminding me to hunt for it :)
for some reason youtube uploader has cut off the last 20 secs of the video where i show you the last book - the edition i have is purple/dark blue in colour with a golden pentagram (a pentacle with a circle surrounding it) embellished on the front cover - hope that helps
