do you go by the name "MuniAddict" on the Unicycle forum? BTW, i commented on your geared 26in Uni vid, it may be from another account but it was about putting the geared hub on your 36in uni, i would greatly appreciated if you would check that out, thanks!
@lol123321123321 Yeah, I'm Muniaddict on the uni forum. Not sure which 26er vid you commented on, but I won't be putting a gear on my 36er, it's fast enough and I just like to cruise on that anyway, I don't want to go so fast that I might crash on the concrete haha! 56 year old bones just don't heal like young ones.
Hey Terry, once again, you make your videos very entertaining. But I have a little issue here, very small though. I own a KH24, and I want to put a schlumpf gear on it.
1. Where do they sell these? (Closest to Norway?)
2. Should I install the hub myself? Is it hard to do?
@mouhaahaahaa Thanks! You can order the Schlumpf hub either direct from Florian, or from his US distributor, Bronson Silva, of Silva Cycles. But if you're near Norway, I would contact Florian Schlumpf, in Switzerland. You can google it as Schlumpf innovations.
Nice review Terry - looks like quite a fun cycle. I think 2012 is the year of the geared Muni for me, probably not a 4 incher though. Checked udc's site and the weight of this one is 17.19 lbs. or 7.8kg. Anyone watching this, make sure you watch to the end!
@nhoover Thanks Nathan, it's fun indeed! The weight isn't an issue for me since my G26er is a tad heavier, and I'm used to that now, so the Oregon felt almost light by comparison!
@TheUniBuddy The weight isn't an issue for me since my G26er is a tad heavier, and I'm used to that now, so the Oregon felt almost light by comparison!
@TheUniBuddy The weight wasn't really noticeable for me since my G26er is a tad heavier, and I'm used to that now, so the Oregon felt almost light by comparison!
@TheUniBuddy Haha, I can't cry over spilled milk, it's too late now. But I could have made the review much more detailed, but didn't want to risk people tuning out. They have the basic info and now at least if anyone wants more info, they can go to UDC, google, etc. I got things "rolling" and tried to make it fun and entertaining as well.

Awesome video there Terry. I reckon I'd be intimidated by that huge tire. I might feel I wasn't riding hard enough terrain to do it justice :-)

Like rolling on a bloated hoop-snake! Terrific video and review and the ending was much appreciated by me, myself and I and the other guy.
Mighty fine riding by the way.
What psi are you rolling on that Larry?

@shugemery Hey Sean, Happy 2012! I replied on uni forum about psi. Cheers!

3. Do I need new spokes?
Thanks again :)

The end was great :) And it was a great review! But i think it's bad that you didn't mentioned the weight of it.. I would say that's a minus!

@ttt8699 I still think you should have mentioned it! Not everyone has a Geared 26er ;)
