My problem is, trying to import songs into the ipod.

I tried looking through the manual(s) and found nothing but lists of what it can and can't do lol

Do you know how to import songs ( from a music folder let's say ) into your ipod through rhythm box? Or do you have to do it some other way?

Can one use multiple login screens like we could before ubuntu 9.10 ?...

Its a pitty that Ubuntu turns to a trend similar to the one of Apple/Mac. All for the ease of the user, who care if this means we'll have to restrain his freedom to customize it as he likes?

I really love the freedom my Ubuntu 8.04.4 still provides...

Good luck with the good looking new Ubuntu. Maybe I should just switch to Debian. :/

@ntipouan They do that to lure people to Ubuntu, when they start using Ubuntu and see how good it is they can switch to other true Linux OS, not that Ubuntu is not a true Linux OS.

its weird i upgraded my video card from a nvidia to an ati card and ubuntu does not even work im gonna wait 6 more days when they release the final version and see if i can get it working again..im running linux mint 8 right now

@vipor29 Thats weird. I had problems with my nVidia card, cause its very old. Its a Geforce 6500 xD - I got a little help from edgyrootstudios, but yeah, wait for the final release and see if it'll work. Cheers!
