didn't even know that 261 was still running lol dont get steam around here anymore CSX won't run steam and N&S stop theirs and even through it's reopened, won't reach my area anytime soon!!!

This is going to be the #261's last run for a while. They are about to do some major work on the locomotive. The earliest it will be running at best is this time next year from what I know. I could check the forum post again just to make sure though.

Awesome! This one popped up on email just as we finished our conversation about railfanning the Lineville Sub. I don't know how you can top this, with the Sept. 17 run of the NS Fs added for icing on the cake.
