Who remembers Edie irvine, heinz Harald Frenzen, Mika Häkkinen, David Coulthard, Ralf Schumacher, Johhny Herbert, Giancarlo Fisichella, Alexender Wurz, Jean Alesi etc...That was pure awesomeness and when I was 10. It was something great to watch for me, a very luxurious sport ! Nowdays drivers are fuckign egocentric and not funny...stupid alons, hamilton, vettel and so on...

my idea is that he wanted for someone to get him to the channel where he could see the race results. he then tried to find at which place villeneuve finished [because he was his competitor the previous year, and this was only the second race of 98 so he still thought that he would be his main competitor for the title]. he saw that he finished 7th [if i remember correctly] and smiled with joy.
