troy, i said i believed it was 1959! i didnt say it was in 1959..go to the internet and watch the news. there is a bill coming soon to try to increase the limit term of the president in office! read up! i keep up on all of this stuff! please. no debating. look it all up for yourself.

You do realize that it would take a constitutional amendment to get the term-limit rule changed, right? I haven't googled it yet but I'll tell u right off I'd be extremely shocked if this was anything that anyone of any consequence is taking seriously. There's absolutely no momentum for this kind of thing at this time... We're too burned out on the LAST two-termer!!
