Aint nobody can match Arsenal at the Youthlevel, but Chelsea is close. I see Chelsea has too much homegrown white players while Arsenal is made up of bulky tall athletes like JET, Frimpong, Ebecilio, Afobe Aneke or Neita. I heard Todd Kane is good tho, is he? Also this Saville kid, he seems tolive a high life:) he seems a cute littel moms favourite kid, how he can compete on this level?

@Lorenshyne : Most of Arsenal's "young" first team players have not come through their academy structure. The problem with bulky, tall athletes is that at a young age they will dominate but struggle to keep up the level when their physical attributes no longer single them out. But Arsenal do have a decent youth set up, but i would not say the best.
