Here's a suggestion...put all these "latinos" on a plane and have them SEE the realities of life in all of Latin America. Let them meet Blacks in Dominican Republic, Corsican-descended people in Puerto Rico, Germans in Brazil, Italians in Argentina, Indigenous people in Paraguay, French-descended people in Uruguay, Welsh settlers in Patagonia, Argentina.
