ya i know how ya feel schnackombat just today i looked in my aquarium and found my two female fighters and then i saw my fave red fighter stuck in the false seaweed, dead :( his name was phil . i hope the molly and other shit fish is happy , ya even though they killed it im happy for them , cuz i gonna get another male fighter to whup thier ass
oh i know i recently just figured out that they are kind to all fish except to male bettas and look alikes to male bettas such as fish with long dangling fins and sorry for my comment on this video i got six downs i didnt realize people would get offened if a gave a tip ^_^
Yeah, it really depends on the betta's personality. I even kept a betta with guppies without any problems. They can be pretty nasty though if you the betta has established a territory and then you introduce new fish.

If you're planning to sell betta fry, that's going to be tough and financially unrewarding, as your male is a veil tail and they're considered the "mongrels" of the betta world.
You'll probably get about $3 or something at your LPS, for veiltail fry.
if you really want to breed some fish buy some guppies you will have so many fries my guppies had 17 fries but only 1 died cant wait till there bigger so i can let them all out so they wont eat them
Oh, and my tiny goldfish about 2" tried to breed.. i didnt know but isolated her after getting stuck in the filtration... i found out there were eggs there, but they changed colour, meaning it was unsuccessful. :'(

Thanks a lot! The best thing is that i discovered last sunday even 12 more frys! They were more colorless and smaller than the other ones, so I guess they hided somewhere,.. but I have 25 of the frys now,.. and I cant await to get the new AQ ready now,.. gonna get the development at utube then, too! I had to seperate them in boxes, coz the betta was all excited bout them, but they could hide well in the plants, perhaps the betta ate some of em tho,.. anyways the betta is a very lovely fish with some kinds of individuality and he is just very beautiful,.. hope is isn´t one of those stressed mass-selling fish that dont reach their first birthday aniversary
yeah, that would be pretty bad...I hear they can live a long time though if they're cared for proper...so I hope yours does! =) you certainly seem to have him in a nice environment.

yeah, definitely. I have a male betta and my friend has a female, and we kind of want to mate them, but we don't have a tank big enough to house all of the fry...and neither of us would have a place to put one. good luck to you, though!
