It's designed to, as the name implies, carry out combustion experiments in microgravity. What you're seeing is some fuel source igniting and burning."
@JoeyY7 Nothing special about this, even if it was water. Water burns just like anything else. check out some extremely high voltage water combustion. Burns just like hydrogen, because guess what, it is hydrogen, the HV split the h from the o and instantly combusts.

Has this proven to be water? This is my opinion : I don't think its water because the "outline" of the "circle" appeared to come into view without actually coming from the center.
