I actually tried to use the word metamorphosize in an essay, or maybe it was in the book I'm writing, but apparently it's not a real word in the English language. The right word is metamorphose, but metamorphosize sounds better, and thank you so much for including the bathroom prank. The game is incomplete without it :).

I remember actually looking up Charlemagne online after this level back in high school. Compare the year 814 to the more flat-numbered years of levels 2 and 4 (Ellia and Karim). They chose 814AD cuz it was the year Charlemagne died, of illness apparently, at least that's what Chatturgha wants you to believe :P.

When you just killed the big and last monster in the church, if you are scared enought, you go down the stairs and becomes a squeletton, walking slowly and you die on the carpet... When I saw it the first time I shit bricks hahaha.

And the bathroom hallucination is one of the biggest shock I've ever had in a video-game. Thx for the vidéos !

Jennifer Hale (though she's in everything), David Hayter, Paul Eiding, Kim Mai Guest, Greg Eagles, Richard Doyle, Cam Clarke, Earl Boen, Michael Bell, Neil Ross, and Paula Tiso all appeared in Eternal Darkness and one or more MGS games. In other words, most of the cast of Eternal Darkness was in MGS. It may have something to do with Silicon Knights also doing The Twin Snakes.
