  • Thing is: you have to put vegetables/saffron/meat after the white wine and before the meat broth.

    One last thing: never use garlic in risotto.

  • In a pot: warm olive oil, chopped onion, rice.When the rice starts to get toasted pour a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.After that, add in your pot a ladle of meat broth at a time until the rice is cooked (12 min). One minute before turning off add a piece of butter and grated parmesan cheese.To do a perfect risotto you have to mix it always with a wooden spoon and only in one way (I prefer clockwise). This is standard risotto, u can do it with everything basically.
