Thanks, Marty. Finally someone's trying to show how to take IM to the next level. This is something Ed should do - he's always trying to sell advanced services, but he doesn't explain how his services will teach you how to "play with the big boys." I don't buy any of them because I'm afraid they'll just be slightly more advanced versions of the 30DC. You're outlining a business model - this is stuff I can really use.
