I think the dollar values should be double that of the 80s version. Start with the first box at $100 and each one increases $100 until you get to the top one, which should be woth $1000. I heard the piolt for the new pyramid had those payouts.

The dollar values should be in $250 increments. $250 for the first box, $500 for the second and so on up to $1,500 for the sixth. As for the $1,000,000 tournament, I'd have the boxes be in $1,000 increments for the first five boxes and then have the top one worth $10,000.

As hokey looking as this is, there is actually some very clever designs here. I do like the cycling panels and the sunken Winner's Circle. Clever!
