I think my favorite thing about these battles is that all the assassins are so diverse so it never really feels like you're repeating yourself. At least storywise.

Yup. It's got blood in it, whereas the PAL (European) version has clouds of ash instead of blood. I think there's ash in the Japanese version too.

i did the same thing on my first playthrough

buts it may be better that you try not to grab the bosses

they get dizzy if you just keep hitting them so dont bother meleeing anyone until you see them with stars over their head
