@RectalDiscourse I wish I had the skill to learn that solo, and to have the pressure of doing it in one take with one guitar, I felt lucky enough that the rhythm track is played so open and that they have an awesome acoustic performance recording on the internet somewhere.
Vocals were quite alright, needs a little bit of a fine tuning done but other than that it had a similar feel to the original. The guitar though needs a good deal of work. The intro was sort of weak, needs to be tightened up a lot.
Actually I've been singing a lot longer than I've been playing guitar. I was in choir in jr high and high school. I had private lessons all throughout and then majored in voice for a bit in college. Still compared to the people I grew up around, I'm not that great of a singer, I just have a lot of range for a guy.
I hated my original video about a week after I posted it. This one at least has an okay intro. This version was more based off of a radio station acoustic version the band did for KROK a long time ago that I loved, but I have to compensate for the fact that I'm only 1 guitar and they had 2, one of which I would assume was tuned to something like open Eb, since I'm playing in E here, and it's origianlly in Eb.
Where did you get those tabs from? Really love it and would like to play it myself to. :)

Thanks very much. It's mainly been the singing that I judge myself the hardest on, but I am glad you like it.
