Tokyozeplin- Roppongi used to be a fairly nice place back in the 1980's when I first got here. People would go there dressed fairly nice and not get hassled. Unlike now where you can't walk 20 meters without some scumbag trying to drag you into their "titty bar" and not accepting "NO" as answer. There are also the Chinese "massaji" girls trying to get you. That kind of crap just didn't happen until the last 10~15 years. It's a shit hole to be avoided now.

Ohhh Nigerians man I swear they have to have made a club all about going to a whole bunch of different countries to stay in the cities and hustle. Good to know that knock off prada bags and such can bring us all together globally thanks to Nigerians and the creepy persistence they have with everything/anything they hustle

some constructive feedback.... make your videos more streamlined, the parts where your not talking, or your thinking, jus do a quit cut out. itll reduce the time and make it more interesting to watch... itll take more time to edit, but hey itll make it better....

If you want go to hostess bar in Japan, you shoud expect to pay $ 200-400 each. many Japanese men go to bars ,because they can use company's money.

go to ageha or unit (really depends on who's spinning that night)... or go to outdoor parties in the summer. there is a fabulous electronic music scene in Japan...and roppongi is just dirty.... i haven't been there in years (except to watch movies at roppongi hills). i guess if you just want to pick up roppongi type girls, then that's where you go.

Thank you posting. I missed out Ropponggi during my last trip to Tokyo. I will still want to go next time I am in Tokyo....but thanks for the warnings, I did hear some shady things about Roppongi.

I did went clubbing in Shibuya before, probably had one of the best clubbing experiences in my life. Good trance music, cute girls and respectful people

I was dragged to some club in Roppongi which had a ¥5000 entry fee. I almost died when I was told this.

Shit club too, I can't remember the name.

¥5000 cover + expensive drinks + shit music + anti-gaijin security = shit night.

If I could remember the name I would advise people to avoid.

@aargh5 actually most of the bigger, actual, clubs (dunno about strip clubs, just regular ones) almost always checks ID at the entrance. Though sure, bars pretty much never do that, as well as the more "open" clubs. But the decent ones you want to go to, will usually ask for ID.

@CoreBor super late answer, but to answer: dunno exactly, but since you have to be 20 to smoke and drink, I'd assume the same would go for entering a strip club. And yes they generally do check ID for clubs.

I had a apartment in roppongi for a week, never went to any of the bars. Was at the cinema in roppongi though. Great place.

Just got back from a 3 week stay in Tokyo and yes i did Roppongi also. It was fun, but I got way to drunk, the prices for me as a Swede is better so I ended up drinking more :P.

But i like the place, except the damn annoying guys trying to pull you in to their places, hate them.
