so he did a slight variation in forearms position, and now it's parkour push-up? I knew different kinds of this, including complete circular, or reverse movement, before I even knew word 'parkour'. Everyone takes the same push-up, and invents a new name for it. It's stupid.
@Tullaris666 i guess its more an advice for parkour to do this push up than an "parkour push up"....and yeah i knew that push up before to but i guess its a great exercise, very complete and yes its a bad way to call it but take it just like that
@Vahagnll The forearms are used to relieve pressure from the lordossic curve during the stretching phase of the press up. It is indeed a hindu press up, just with the forearms added for a safer stretch.

Title parkour push up means it is push up usefull in parkour conditioning. It doesn't mean it is proper name of this type of push up. Peace.
