  • Clever.

  • its not parkour push ups its originally judo push ups

  • LOL ... look so easy :P them you try it out and ... DAMN my back :'/ ! XD . that will one part of my training for now on. nice vid

  • Title parkour push up means it is push up usefull in parkour conditioning. It doesn't mean it is proper name of this type of push up. Peace.

  • so he did a slight variation in forearms position, and now it's parkour push-up? I knew different kinds of this, including complete circular, or reverse movement, before I even knew word 'parkour'. Everyone takes the same push-up, and invents a new name for it. It's stupid.

  • @Tullaris666 i guess its more an advice for parkour to do this push up than an "parkour push up"....and yeah i knew that push up before to but i guess its a great exercise, very complete and yes its a bad way to call it but take it just like that

  • Excellent form, I will be adding this to my routine now thanks!

  • last time i checked it was judo pushups .

@zpotential hinu is the one when you return by completing a circular movement

  • This is called the Hindu pushup...

  • @zPotential No, it's a variation of that. Watch his forearms.

  • @Vahagnll The forearms are used to relieve pressure from the lordossic curve during the stretching phase of the press up. It is indeed a hindu press up, just with the forearms added for a safer stretch.

  • @zPotential In Yoga its called "the cobra"

  • so it looks kinda cool but for what group of muscles is that? and how does it help u?
