AT&T does suck...We got their "Fast Access" DSL. Fast access my foot. It took me 40 minutes to get my modem connected...then once I did it was slower than dail-up it always is at dail-up speed...I would rather have that from Verizon (They do not offer DSL in my area)...as soon as I get my laptop we are going to switch to Road Runner, a really fast internet that is over a cable line...

Doesn't surprise me, at&t charges our brave soldiers in Iraq 0.19 per minute. One poor soldier had a $7,000 bill. During a time of war at&t is profiting off our brave troops. Those bastards at at&t should be shot.

Does not surprise me at all. I worked for them ,I can verify this firsthand. All the Operators care about is how many calls they TAKE that day, so they can make their "numbers" for the month. The supervisors are Satan worshipping Mongoloid dogs from Hell that will read some script to you & just keep repeating "im sorry you feel that way", "I apologise" ....,as they are illiterate losers, with no ability to make a DECISION.

I wasnt thrilled with BellSouth but now after ATT bought them we lose connection all the time. I cant fathom pro active attorney generals and governors allowing ATT in their state ofcourse here in Florida protection of consumers is close to zero
