Ranahalprin- We appreciate your interest in this piece, and want to make it clear that 'Gypsy' is the title of the Kan Nal song, and not to be taken as any indication that the dancer or the music are actually Romani, Cingene, Gitana, or anything else that could be classified as 'Gypsy'. There are a few Spanish Gitana elements in the dance to set off the flamenco influence in the music, but we never claimed this piece was indicative of any culture. We hope you enjoy.
