@chuchaiize hi what the new news about your application i read one of the article in the uscis when you recieve the noa1 and 2 and they send to the nvc its stay for 3 to 4 months in the nvc.do you also read the article?
when my husband file an I130f last feb 04, the uscis accept all my documents and they did not give a form that we have to give a RFE request for more evidence that stand for we complete the doc
@chuchaiize yeah k3, im gonna give you an update, nop im not send a I29 because that form is for single only im married thats why the form we use is I130. yeah we are now waiting for the nvc letter.Did the uscis give you a rfe(request for more evidence) when the uscis did not give you a rfe you are now waiting for the nvc because it is complete doc.

photocopy of the us citizen ex,passport especially the date she or he entered in the ph,naturalization,
money order check .the check is to be written to U.S homeland security servises.
This are the requirement are send to the USCIS they dont ask for more evidence.
