Abi you need to message me and tell me what's going on and why you're so upset, fuck the therapist when you've got me :) You shouldnt be upset man I'd kill to look like you, you're not ugly! There are DOGS out there that think they're fit and they're reeeally really not!! xx
Abi you a beautiful and amazing young women! Sometimes it take a few visits to different therapist to find the right one. It's kind of like finding the right relationship :) You are in charge of your own happiness, and it can be as good as you want it to be. Sometimes we get sucked into a deep dark place and it take along time to dig your way out, but you can do it! I was there for almost a year. Love yourself Abi, be kind to you!!!! You deserve it!! I wish I could give you eyes to see it--- you are a special person-- and perhaps to trusting letting people in your life that are not adding as much as they end up taking from you. I am supposed to see the doc in the next couple days to see if I should go to a group, or a therapist to deal with what happened. :-/ I hope you feel better soon Abi... so like you say, I am there for you if you need. I would rather be there for you than talk about myself, and what's going on with me, and how I feel in the moment. I'm here.
