hello, you need to use a reflex camera, so you can increase the time of exposition... you can make test with 1 second, 2, 5, 10, any time you want... experiment

@gerapg What he means is that you need either an SLR, or DSLR camera. With one of these cameras, you'll be able to adjust certain aspects of how your camera takes a picture. The main function being used here is the shutter speed. With the shutter speed, you determine how long you're letting light hit the camera's sensors. Which means; how long you're taking the picture for.

Start on fire, you'll be glad you did.

just wear a hoodie and something to cover your hair, cause you're likely to get burnt..not much, just a little bit. Have some aloe vera or something around..I honestly don't know why all these people use glow for years and years. I guess it's personal choice on how comfortable they feel, but I think it's kind of unnecessary.

Most of us. MOST not speaking for everyone. teaches themselves. :) I taught myself. Learned regular LED Poi for 3 years then fire after i got GOOD. Dont start on fire. always a bad idea!!
