This vid was made by an "agent"? Well, the way you spell it is "t-e-n-a-n-t" (as in the description "tennent in the back"). Good LORD. (rolls eyes) You have got to be kidding me. I'd fix that if I were you - it looks shitty to be a 'hiloagent' and misspell something so basic in realtor/landlord terms. Elementary capitalization is also a good indicator English 101. Good luck.
