There is a big difference between a WHITE MAN saying those things than a BLACK man. Same goes for if a woman had said it, if it were a white woman saying it then it wouldn't have been a big deal. It depends on the level of ignorance, they have no idea what its like to be a black or a woman so they shouldn't speak on it. Just like heterosexuals shouldn't speak negatively about homosexuals.
