that's not a real instalation, ¿what about the front panel audio/microphone jacks?, ¿what about the cable to the optic drive?, ¿what about the video cards that can be linked to the soundcards?. This was halfway the instalation and any person with a screwdriver can do that with only common sense..

It's called static electricity, you have to make sure you keep the PC in a somewhat humid area away from cooler areas. Make sure you take off jumpers/jackets that your wearing. Keep the computer unplugged, as well as the power cable on the PC as that can still hold power. Don't touch the AGP/PCI/PCI E interfaces with your finger tips. Make sure you only touch the edges of the card, too. Do it away from electrical things & off the carpet.
