The whole point in the tazer is to subdue the suspect, the suspect obviously wasn't subdued or else he would have listened to the cop. He was finally subdued when he listened and was laying on the ground.

Again, you can't be serious? First off, the DD could've more easily laid down and put his hands behind his back after the first shot. yea i am serious cause who in there right mind drinks, cops are trained to deal with these kinds of people its there job like i said. I am 130 pounds and would be embarrassed to use that kind of force on someone, yea he was in the wrong dosent mean you have to try and kill him.

Take this little test..pick a friend of the same gender that weighs about the same as you and try to cuff him while he is resisting. Unless you outweigh him by 50lbs, you have no chance.

Guess what. If you have a heart condition, are on coke, or otherwise physically limited, you probably shouldn't be hammered behind the wheel and fighting with police. Tazers don't kill people without those existing conditions.

Its been proven if your drunk and get a shock your heart is more likey to give up and it dosent matter if you have condiotions or not it could kill you or me its like putting someone in a sleep hold you dont know if there going to wake up or not. Point is yea he should not have been drinking and driving one should. Cop tased him once and could have put him under arrest the other 4 shocks were compeletly unessarary.

Again, you can't be serious? First off, the DD could've more easily laid down and put his hands behind his back after the first shot. Second, a tazer sends a temporary shock (didn't you notice the guy continue to get up?) It doesn't break bones like a baton would. Third, why the hell should the cop struggle with that guy in the middle of the road, risking getting them both run over?
