there are Glasgows in America, so they must pronounce those as Glasscow, instead of the correct Glazgo. The field reporter pronounced it correctly first though. The police was forcing some extra cautious clarity on his pronunciation though - he was obviously conscious the world media vs a relaxed scottish dialect.
