No such thing! IT"S A SCAM! Foreclosed houses don't get clean up. The banks don't care to clean it up because they don't own the house. It's the investors that own the house. The investor doesn't know where the house is because he or she may be oversea and don't have the fund to invest in cleaning these houses. Don't forget, the investor already lost all his/her money. These houses are attached as derivatives only, not as an actual property. Investors don't know that they own houses.
