dude shoudn't the noise gate be before the compressor? cuz your compressor makes less dynamics in your sound, what means quiet things become louder, so your noise gate can let some compressed noise thru that you don't want. if you do it the oposite way it kills the noise first. well that's the way i have connected it in my pedal board i don't know haha if it works great that way too there's no problem at all:D
those midds are scooped huh? ;) ya need some crunch it sounds too thin but then again if thats the sound ya going for who am i to tell you otherwise ;)
Hey man, you got awesome stuff, i hope you could reply to this question, how does that pedal board you 've got on the floor works?? You conected to your valve guitar system is that it? thanks
@Cyanide5151 they switched away from gibson after a little bit and went to esp. all of the big metal bands that have used gibson at some point have switched. a7x and disturbed both had gibson on their first albums and now theyre both at schecter
i think the sounds are really nice actually. Building up the sounds on your own can be a pain and has a chance of mistake, but I think the sounds are hella similar to In Flames' sounds. :D
I need myself a rack system... they look so pretty with all of those lights @_@
Nice try with the In Flames riff but I don't know, something is missing... maybe it is just the shitty cam mic. And you should tune, that Korg is not just to look nice ;)
Oh, how much did you pay for your black case with wheels (dont know what its called) without all the stuff in it? Right now I just have my amp and all my pedals on top of it so I want one of those.
It's a pretty good setup, I guess. However, I don't rally believe in rackmount stuff; I tend to create all my sounds with individual, analog stompboxes. The only digital effects I use are a Digitech Modeling Pedal, and the delay that's built into my amp. Other than that, it's all analog stuff, man.
I have an Engl Fireball tube amp, and want some reverb and some effects to it, but dont want to loose the quality of the sound (like digital kind of sound).
@otherrandomhero - exactly, it may be caused by the digital preamp :) cool rig, lots of possibilities, but somewhat shitty tone. And when you kicked the wah in, it was like -pshshshshfhshshschsfhshshshfhhchshhfhopfffffhshshshs :D
@silentboy85 No. It's just 50 watts. Honestly, I still don't know why stereo matters. I think maybe it might be an alternative to tube power or valve power or whatever. Sounds better than solid state I guess.
är du svenks? jag har en marshall jmd:1 förstärkare och en boss me 20 pedal men jag får aldrig nått bra ljud har kollat olika youtube videos och försökt ställt in som dom men jag får inget bra ljud ändå, vad ska jag göra?

@schehf yeah, that was the main problem i had with this digitech pedal i recently bought (RP 155). Its a newer one so it sounded great but the half a second delay is too much to handle sometimes....especially live.
honestly, the main sound was so midscooped and masked by distortion that it was almost impossible to notice that the guitar was out of tune. maybe the camera's mic is not so good. anyway great playing!
