I just realized something.... The Formula pedals Todd had at that show are the pedals I bought from him when he brought them from Las Vegas to the Barrett Jackson Auction in Scottsdale AZ. They are still going strong and have never given a minutes problems. You can't beat Cannon pedals

They make Physics that don't fit the car and call them ultrarealistic. I thought this are thoroughly tests. But haven't you recognized what is to see at 34.50-35.53. Watsch the reartires of the corolla. With correct Physics it doesn't happen! The behavior of the cars isn't done well.

I can only laugh at you this time. The Corolla shown in this video is a standard Corolla like it is in the standard RBR.

There is no better rallysim than RBR. And if you believe you can do better, well show it.

Don't be a goon, RBR has some of the best Rally Physics out there, sure some of the tarmac PC sims are better but RBR shipped on Xbox 1 and PC and for it's time the physics are still phenominal (read: Bloody hard) - that game demands skills and a wheel.

Great Vid guys, I was v intrested to see this vid inparticular coz been playing Moto gp for about a month, I heard bad things but I actually like it now, Noticed Shaun calls Football Football, Thats deffo 1 for the books ! lol ! Awesome Shaun ! I actually picked up this game from Gamestation in the UK for £19.99 brand new, so now its a great buy ! Good Work guys ! cant wait for Race Pro Edition ! I love RBR, but never tried RSRBR because the Czech Plugin allows everything you need to drive national and international championships, maybe it's not as userfriendly as the RSRBR-Mod bt it sure kicks ass ;) to keep RBR alive for a least another 3 years :P

RSRBR and the Czech plugin are different mods both are online play. But its not against eachother racing its stage times really like a real rally would be. rallyesim are an active french website that use RSRBR09 Wich is kickass

BTW IMO motobike sims don't really need a damage model. In other motosports, if your car is damaged, you can probably still continue racing or get it repaired in the pit. But with a motorbike, if incident happens the damage will be hardly repairable during the race, it would be a instant DNF anyway. Flesh over metal that is, if you bike is damaged, you'd be lucky to be able to stand up and walk away form the race.

Thanks for the show guys. Great to see Richard Burns Rally finally getting some recognition. Probably the only quality rally simulation available. Lots of built in damage features for an older game with sound that changes when damaged doors swing open. The only thing i didn't like about it was the lack of mouse control in the menu. But it would then be an arcade racer. I agree graphics on GRID look great but thats about it. Now iRacing, that has decent graphics and great physics.

Obviously not entirely for the simulator-players that would watch this channel.

I hope their F1-racer will be a little more realistic though, so it can last a good time.

I don't know iRacing, but it looks good on the website.

What's that, like online racing only too or what is it like?

iRacing is online only - you can test offline but no AI cars. It has monthly fee of $13 / month + you have to buy additional content but it is very worth it if you are serious about it. I was unsure about it at first but 6 months on, can't be more happy.

But it would be fun to try a real serious racing-game.

But is it a FULL game? I still hear something that its still an OPEN Beta, that you still pay for. Because they still have much cars and tracks to do, as well more damage.

Its been out of 'beta' since August. This week is the new build and all license levels and cars will now be available. They will constantly add new content in coming years. The game will never be fully done. Its constantly developed, thats why there is a subscription fee. Currently there are 11 cars and over 25 tracks, most with 2 or 3 variants so you could say 50 tracks.

Ahh I see, so its a game but still will get add-ons. So I guess 13 bucks a month is not bad. But I will wait a bit more, maybe for spring, as well once I get my new wheel deliver to my house.

So the damage, I've seen some videos, does it has engine damage yet?

Yes, over revving can lead to engine failure. I've only had it happen 1x and it was in practice.

Funny enough the only time I ever saw someone lose an engine during the race was Dale Jr during the first week they had added to the engine damage :)
