dude i fixed mine all you had to do was open ur 360 and tighten the screws of the coolers and if that didnt work u had to put washers and put more thermal paste and mine worked all perfect and out the washers where the coolers are

I have hade the three red light failure before. After getting it repaired several times and still breaking i decided to take matters into my own hands. I descovered that the thermal solder that microsoft uses dosent protect against heat and it melts. I Bought a heat resistant thermal solder for seven dollars and soldered it together. My xbox has worked for months with no issues.
