  • @TeslaDRay you are absolutely right

  • @TeslaDRay I loved the 1980's movie soundtracks. The 80's was the best era of music. I love this song it's a classic from and featured in a brilliant film.

  • YES!!!

    "I'll be back Killian!!!!"

  • anyone out there who thinks Maria Conchita Alonso kicks something serious in this film?

  • The 80's were the best. We'll never have music like this again.

  • @gorn9146= That's right. The kids today don't know what they're missing. Makes me wish I had the DeLoean and a fountain of youth.

  • @vigo894 Yeah. Just give me the "Sword of Omens" in one hand, the "Sword of Greyskull" in the other, and the three John's (Rambo, Matrix, and McClane) behind me and I'll say, "Ok, Life, take your best shot. I'm ready for ya! lol!

  • So good, man. Thank you!

  • Dam dude had no idea. It kinda reminds me of the Terminator 3 soundtrack video 'Been thinking about the future' from that dude from the BUSH band, Gavin something. The songs transition to the end credits is what made 80s movies awesome.

  • It has been FOREVER since I saw this one for the first time when the movie was out

  • arnold may not have been oscar worthy, or be president, i dont know why ppl still love him! he is not big as he was, he is always be big in our hearts!

  • Classic song. Very melodramatic. So glad they put it on his album "Man With A Vision".

    Thanks for the video!

  • very very nice

  • This movie takes place in the year 2018

  • I thought it was 2017...

  • Yeah your right, the beginning part does, the opening introduction. However, after Richards ends up in prison, doing that hard labor, a year passes by as it says in the movie. Thus, its 2018 the rest of the way after that point. :P

  • Ahh, ok.

I have not seen the movie in years...

    Lol.

  • love this song, does anyone know where i can download it cuz i really want it badly.

  • it's so easy to forget about these great old songs and when you finally find them... it's like striking gold all over again!

  • Or like me, never knew of the song and finding it and was like....WOW, I missed this?

  • the 80s was the best decade ever. cool music, cool cars, and some good times.

  • I love how the artists "insert" themselves into the given movie with these music videos... awesome song by the way!

  • Yeah, they got a copy of the film from the film company to use whatever bits they needed for the video, the shots of John were filmed in a studio in London and made to look like the film settings.

  • A Dream of Music !

  • john parrs best song n great movie love arnies little jokes wat happened to buzzsaw ohh he had the splits. lol

  • Even though this is a classic; I still feel "The Minute I Saw You" is his best work.

  • How true! :) One of my favorite good old sci-fi movies, I've just watched it again last week. :D

  • i wish i was born in this era lol i like this song an many other 80s love the film too

  • Awesome mullet!!

  • Does this guy have a greatest hits package?

  • I'm not being sarcastic!

  • Nope!, but K-Tel rereleased the "Man With a Vision" & "Under Parr" albums as a 2cd set called "Man In Motion" in 2006, but that's about it. You really just have to collect all his albums, and the CD singles as well because they contain some GREAT songs which weren't on the albums, and the movie soundtracks he worked on ("Butterbrot", "Go Trabi Go" etc.) It's worth it though! Some of the vinyl singles he released had some B-sides with otherwise unreleased songs (Two of 'em IIRC). =)

  • love the film love the song...its all good :)

  • I had no idea they made a music video of this. I used to playback the end credits of my old VHS copy of The Running Man just to hear this song. I love the dystopian visual motif.

  • Dammit I need a time machine. :(

  • If you find one, can I come with you? I miss the Eighties.

  • But of course!:)

  • Cool film, great song!

    I miss the 80s!

  • this song is infact about the life cycle of a mouse, few people know this

  • He looks like a cross-between John Walsh and the late Michael Landon, with a tinge of Mel Gibson thrown in!!!

  • i never saw the video to this until now thanks.i watched the running man about 500 times back then buzzed off it.80s music was the best.

  • alright, i agree that the best music was written in the 80's, but to go as far as to say that Katy, Britney, and Amy w/e the fuck her name is should go die is a little harsh, just cuz they make shitty music doesnt mean they need a death sentence lol.

but i agree, music lived and died in the 80's

*unless its metal, its only getting better and better...if you choose to leave out the trendy emo/scene bullshit*

  • Maybe if it died in 80's it will reborn in some better times ahead :) I have this hope. Well maybe not reborn but reincarnate :)

  • I hope so. Until then, we have the memories. :). The Running Man

    is my favorite Arnold film.

  • This is music. This is music. The '80s were so fucking awesome. Turn on the radio today and all you hear is crap! Useless fucking whores like Katy Perry or Amy Craphouse with ZERO FUCKING TALENT. Music lived and died in the '80s. When the '80s ended, good music ended too. In memory of the good '80s songs, I would like to say this: FUCK YOU KATY PERRY and Britney Spears ESPECIALLY FUCK YOU AMY WINEHOUSE! Dirty fucking piece of shit! Go die bitch and take your songs with you you filthy crackwhore!

  • Amen brother, couldn't have put it better

  • Thanks!

  • @jakemiller5000

Right on!!!! Totally right. The 80s, the greatest decade for music ever.

  • @jakemiller5000

You know, anyone else making a comment I would not have condoned such vulgar language, but jakemiller5000 "You hit the spot"! You are absolutely right! I'd give you two thumbs up if I could! Keep on stickin it too'em!

    80's rocked, 80's ruled, 80's pwned!!!

  • @FireTiger941

    Thanks bro!

  • @jakemiller5000 - I hear you mate, I hear you :-)

  • @jakemiller5000 you're right man, if you think "Nightmares on Elm Street" is a nightmare, the real nightmare is the abomination of today's music.

  • @jakemiller5000= Agree. And I say fuck you Kurt Cobain. You put alot of good rock stars out of business, leaving people with few choices. Rap, or grunge. I ended up playing country music on my radio. Then you kill yourself, leaving a void that was filled with disposable pop like boy bands, Mickey Mouse sluts, and worthless crap like J'Lo and Celine Dion. Then came the coup de grace, Miley Cyrus. So, fuck you Kurt Cobain. I need a Tylenol.

  • @jakemiller5000 So true, music back then was magical! You forgot to mention Shit-ira (Shakira), what an awful taste people have nowadays to consider this "lady" a talent. hahaha.

  • love the song and the movie running man

  • one of the best "end songs" ever, a perfect fit for a great! arnold action movie

  • so true, this song kicks ass.

  • This song is a true classic.

  • great film great song!

  • great song. classic 80s. Which means good.

  • i thought the song was perfect for the ending of "the running man">
