You know what I like the most about Fagan, Becker & Steely Dan? Seriously?
It's not the way they begin the song.. it's the way they END the song.
Steely Dan song endings are frequently better than the way they begin..
It takes them a minute to get into a song.... and 2 or 3 minutes to end it.
This song is a perfect example of that.. Also, listen to when they start the ending to Kamakiriad, Tomorrow's Girls, Florida Room. Cousin Dupree,..
Their endings are the best part of the songs

Night Fly, One of the best Albums. Along with Revolver from the Beatles.
This album came out when punk and an obvious movement away from smooth pop music was in full sway...and it still was popular!! Quality will rise.
